Submission

Papers selected for presentation will appear in the GCET2026 Proceedings, and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.". Papers must be in IEEE format, 10pt font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format, single space, A4 format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically at Paper Submission Link. A full paper must not exceed the stated length (including all figures, tables and references).


Your contribution can take the form of any o the following:

1- A full paper between 6 and 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references).

2- Short papers are between 3 and 4 pages long, including position papers and industrial demos or project proposals including PhD project proposals.

3- Extended abstract: High-level summary of your research / position paper/ indutrial application / Running (funded or non funded) projects or project Ideas/ PhD thesis extended Abstract (2 pages)

4- Abstract: Synopsis of your research, including running (funded or non funded) projects (500 words)

Submitted papers must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Also submissions received after the due date, exceeding length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered. Authors may contact the Program Chair for further information or clarification.

Papers should be submitted electronically by the deadline to Submission Portal

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
