Papers selected for presentation will appear in the ACTI 2026 Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Once published, your paper shall also be indexed by:

Full Paper

Type 2
Short Paper

Position papers, industrial demos, project proposals, or PhD project proposals.
Type 3
Extended Abstract
2 pages
High-level summary of research, position paper, industrial application, funded/non-funded projects, or PhD thesis extended abstract.
Type 4
Abstract
500 words
Synopsis of your research, including running (funded or non-funded) projects.
Formatting Requirements
  • All submitted papers must be in IEEE format
  • Font size: 10pt
  • IEEE 8.5″ × 11″ two-column format
  • Single space formatting
  • A4 page format
  • All papers should be in PDF format
  • Submitted electronically at the Paper Submission Link
  • Full papers must not exceed the stated length (including all figures, tables, and references)
Important Notice:
Submitted papers must present original unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Submissions received after the due date, exceeding the length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered.
